I’ve been playing around with Cricut Infusible Ink since BGC Conference. I honestly love the product and I’ve had both successes and failures but as crafters, we know that comes with the territory. Today I’m going to share my preferred method for layering Cricut Infusible Ink.

STEP ONE: DESIGN YOUR IMAGE
Cricut Cutie is available in the image section included with Cricut Access
Beefcakes Font is included with Cricut Access
STEP TWO: CLICK "MAKE IT"
STEP THREE: MIRROR YOUR IMAGE (VERY IMPORTANT STEP)
STEP FOUR: SET YOUR MATERIAL TO "INFUSIBLE INK TRANSFER SHEET"
If it doesn't appear in your favorites or Popular section Click "Browse All Material" and type in the product you are looking for
STEP FIVE: LOAD YOUR TRANSFER SHEET TO YOUR MAT
Please ensure your mat is sticky, If it isn't it could cause issues with cutting
STEP SIX: LOAD ON TO YOUR CRICUT, PRESS THE FLASHING CRICUT ICON AND BEGIN CUTTING.
STEP SEVEN: WEED YOUR INFUSIBLE INK TRANSFER
STEP EIGHT: (OPTIONAL) CONTOUR YOUR IMAGE TO MAKE IT EASIER TO LAYER
The contour option will allow you to cut out only the inside area of the body so that you can layer.
HIDE THE AREAS YOU DON'T WANT TO BE CUT OUT
STEP NINE: REPEAT THE ABOVE STEPS
Click Make it, Mirror your image, Continue, Set material, Cut and Weed
STEP TEN: PLACE A PIECE OF CARDSTOCK INSIDE THE BAG
STEP ELEVEN: GO TO https://cricut.com/en_us/heatguide TO FIND OUT THE HEAT TEMPERATURE AND TIME YOU SHOULD BE USING.
STEP TWELVE: IT'S TIME TO PRESS!!!
APPLY LIGHT PRESSURE ESPECIALLY FOR DARK COLORS
